Healthy menus, offered by H-EAT include selected high quality, organic and fresh (not frozen) products, necessary to maintain a full and healthy lifestyle. Each of the dishes we offer is prepared by our chef, using a special technology that preserves all macro and micronutrients and pre-tested by our team of specialists.
Daily menus include breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner with a fixed calorie intake. The food is delivered every morning to the customer's address.

The consumption of oils and fats is moderate. The planned meals are distributed between 3 and 5 times a day, depending on your daily routine, set end goal, caloric intake, etc.

It is intended for both active athletes and people who work in an office and do not have enough time to do sports.
Fitness menu
The "Fitness" menu is a diet where the macronutrient ratio is 30% protein, 40% carbohydrates and 30% fat. This food plan mainly includes meat, fish, rice and cereals, fruits and vegetables. The consumption of oils and fats is moderate. The planned meals are divided between 4 per day - breakfast, lunch, intermediate meal and dinner.
